It can be difficult for people with Learning Disabilities to access new activities spontaneously. This five week programme is based around our five senses touch, hearing, taste, smell and sight. These ‘taster’ sessions are offered once a year and include various group activities such as Zumba, yoga, drumming, massage and other exciting opportunities. The group offers an opportunity to try something new, have some fun and hopefully make some friends…sure what else do you need
